Evaluating and improving our customers' experience helps us increase their satisfaction. Therefore, we conduct satisfaction surveys that have shown stable and high levels in recent years.
In 2023, due to diversification towards B2C customers, we received a higher number of satisfaction survey responses with ratings ranging between 8 and 9.”
